Ingredients

  • 1 medium zucchini
  • 2 tablespoons wheat flour
  • 125 ml of milk
  • 1/2 onion
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons pecorino cheese
  • Spiral cutter (these are on sale in kitchen equipment stores, among others)

Manufacturing

  1. First peel the zucchini and place it in a spiral cutter to make it spaghetti-shaped. Then put it on hold.
  2. Pour the milk into a saucepan and heat it with half the chopped onion.
  3. At the same time melt the butter and add wheat flour – do this in a much smaller pot. Mix well.
  4. Pour the mixture into the milk and stir until you get a thick composition.
  5. Add salt and pepper and mix again. Take the mixture off the stove and cover it, and then put to wait.
  6. Finally, pour the olive oil into the pan and fry the zucchini strips. Pour over the white sauce and mix well.
  7. Serve with a small amount of pecorino cheese. Enjoy a delicious combination of zucchini and white sauce!

Manufacturing

  1. Peel, wash and cut the carrots into medium pieces. Then put these in boiling water to soften.
  2. Strain the water out and put the carrots in a blender.
  3. Add milk, onion, leek and parsley, and mix the ingredients into a smooth mixture.
  4. Serve the soup in bowls – add salt and pepper to taste.

  • 125 ml of water
  • 60 g of wheat flour
  • 3 tablespoons breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 tablespoon oregano
  • 1/2 tablespoon parsley
  • 15 g of basil powder
  • 250 ml of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Manufacturing

  1. Peel and chop the pumpkin, then put it in boiling water to soften.
  2. Use a fork to make the pumpkin paste.
  3. Mix the flour with the spices and pumpkin paste in a large bowl.
  4. Take small amounts of the mixture you make and swirl the cams in the shape of nuggets. Then turn the nuggets in breadcrumbs.
  5. Grease the pan with olive oil and fry the nuggets until golden brown on both sides.
