When our body is overloaded with toxins, it tries to get rid of them. It also gives signs that may not even seem to have anything to do with the toxins. However, this is all part of the body’s cleansing efforts.

We are all exposed in one way or another to the effects of too many toxins.  This can even happen despite good eating habits and a healthy life, which do reduce the amount of toxins in our bodies. When the body is overloaded with toxins, it symptoms differently.

Our habitat is full of toxins and particles. They can be in the air, in water, in food, and really anywhere. We are in direct contact with all of them.

Some of our internal organs are responsible for collecting and excreting most toxins.
