1. Carrot, coconut and honey

Because carrots are high in vitamin E, they fight hair loss.  They also make hair shiny and strong.

The essential oils contained in coconut make it perfect in the fight against dandruff. It is also good for stimulating hair growth and keeping it moisturized.  Honey makes hair soft.

Ingredients

  • 2 carrots
  • 1.25 dl of coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Tools

  • Strainer or cloth to filter the mixture

Manufacturing

  • Wash the carrots. Grate them or work in a juicer to make them juice.
  • Mix carrot juice with coconut oil and honey.
  • If you grated the carrot instead of juicing, put the mixture in a cloth or strainer to recover the liquid alone.
  • Apply it all over your hair from roots to tops.
  • Put a shower cap to cover your hair. Let the oil work for half an hour.
  • Wash your hair as usual after 30 minutes.
  • For best results, use this treatment every two weeks.

2. Carrot-avocado-egg treatment

In addition to carrots, there are two other great ingredients in this treatment. They help regenerate your hair.

Avocado moisturizes the hair deep inside. In addition, the egg gives the hair nutrients and a light protective layer against external factors.

Ingredients

  • 1.25 dl carrot juice
  • 1 beaten egg (if you have oily hair, use only egg white)
  • 1 avocado

  • 1 shower cap

Manufacturing

  • Mix the carrot juice and egg in a bowl.
  • Cut the avocado, engrave the inside and add to the mixture.
  • Mix all the ingredients together until the paste is smooth. Apply to hair like shampoo. Make sure you cover all your hair.
  • Put your hair in a shower cap and let the treatment work overnight. We recommend putting a towel on the pillow if the shower cap happens to come off.
  • Wash your hair in the morning with plenty of cold water.

3. Carrot, beetroot and hair conditioner

Ingredients

  • 1 carrot
  • 1 beetroot
  • 1.25 dl of water
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 0.75 dl hair conditioner

Manufacturing

  • Wash and peel carrots and beets.
  • Put the carrot, beets, water and sugar in a blender and mix for a couple of minutes. Strain the mixture and pour into a container with the hair conditioner.
  • Mix well.
  • Wash your hair as usual before applying this treatment.
  • Then apply it from the roots to the tops, gently rubbing.
  • Leave on for 20-30 minutes.
  • Rinse with cold water.
