1. Strawberry jelly cake

The first jelly recipe is a blend of strawberries, biscuits and butter, among others, which together lead to  an excellent combination that satisfies all diners. In addition, it is very easy to manufacture.

Ingredients

  • 1 liter of water
  • Fresh mint
  • 30 g icing sugar
  • 1 strawberry-flavored gelatin leaf (or unflavored if you can’t find one seasoned)
  • 500 g of mascarpone cheese
  • 300 g of whipped cream
  • 10 g orange peel
  • 200 g of orange biscuits
  • 2 unflavoured gelatin leaves
  • 250 g of half-cut strawberries
  • 125 g of melted butter

Manufacturing

  1. To prepare the base, put the orange biscuits in a blender and grind to a powder.
  2. Then mix the orange biscuit powder with the melted butter and set aside.
  3. Put this mixture in a removable pan and press until you reach a solid base.
  4. To make the filling, whisk the mascarpone cheese with the sugar in a bowl until it softens.
  5. Add the whipped cream and continue stirring until the mixture forms soft peaks.
  6. Add orange peel and melted (strawberry) gelatin. Continue mixing until the mixture is well mixed.
  7. Pour this mixture over the biscuit base and refrigerate for 30 minutes. 
  8. Dissolve two gelatin leaves in hot water and allow to cool to room temperature.
  9. Pour the gelatin over the cake, add the strawberries and place in the refrigerator.

2. Red wine jelly with fruit

Try this jelly recipe, which uses a little red wine and  several fruits (to your liking). With a few steps, you will get a delicious, soft and fresh dessert for adults.

Ingredients

  • 750 ml of red wine
  • 800 g of pineapple in syrup broth
  • 2 grape-flavored gelatin leaves (or if you can’t find one, use unflavoured)
  • 400 ml of hot water
  • 800 g of peaches in syrup
  • 300 g of plums

Manufacturing

  1. First prepare the gelatin by soaking it in water, and set it aside.
  2. Then collect the syrup broth from the fruit cans until you get 750 ml.
  3. Cut the pineapple and peach into small pieces and set aside.
  4. Then heat the red wine with the plums to soften them.
  5. Add the syrup taken from the fruit cans to the plums and red wine.
  6. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, add (grape) gelatin, syrup mixture and chopped fruit.
  7. Pour the mixture into a pan and refrigerate to solidify.

3. Milk jelly with fruit

The third jelly recipe is great for any occasion from  birthdays to romantic evenings or Sundays with the family. It has a delicious creamy taste and the fruit offers an amazing explosion of flavors.

Ingredients

  • 2 gelatin leaves
  • 500 ml of water
  • 500 ml of milk
  • 200 g of sugar
  • 125 ml of water
  • 250 g of cocktail fruit

Manufacturing

  1. First boil the fruit with water (500 ml) and sugar in a saucepan over low heat. Turn off the disc when it starts to boil.
  2. Then put one leaf of gelatin in the mixture. Mix well.
  3. Pour this mixture into a pan and place in the refrigerator to solidify.
  4. While the gelatin solidifies in the refrigerator, heat 500 ml of milk.
  5. Dissolve one leaf of gelatin in warm milk.
  6. Mix well and allow to cool to room temperature.
  7. Once the mixture in the refrigerator has solidified, pour the milk-gelatin mixture on top of it and put it back in the refrigerator to solidify.
  8. Remove from the pan when it is ready and serve.

4. Two-colored mango jelly

Ingredients for juice jelly

  • 120 ml of orange juice
  • 400 ml mangoes in syrup broth
  • 2 gelatin leaves

Ingredients for milk jelly

  • 125 g of cream cheese
  • 125 g of unflavoured yoghurt
  • 125 g of condensed milk
  • 125 g of condensed milk
  • 200 g of diced mango
  • 2 gelatin leaves soaked in milk

Manufacturing

  1. Stir the juice jelly ingredients in a saucepan over low heat.
  2. Then pour the jelly into a pan and let it solidify in the refrigerator.
  3. Also mix the ingredients of the milk jelly in a saucepan over low heat.
  4. Once the juice jelly has solidified, pour the milk jelly over it and let it solidify in the refrigerator.
  5. Then remove the jelly from the pan and garnish with mango cubes and, if desired, mint leaves.
