  • 200 g of high quality dark chocolate (it can only contain cocoa and maybe a little sugar)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1.5 dl greasy cream
  • 6 packets of Marie biscuits
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons grated coconut

Manufacturing

  • First, crush the Marie biscuits in a blender and set them aside.
  • Melt the butter and chocolate in one small saucepan until smooth.
  • Add the cream to the melted chocolate butter mixture. Then add the crushed biscuits. Leave in the refrigerator for at least half an hour.
  • Take the mixture out of the refrigerator and shape it into several balls from a small amount at a time.
  • Spin some of the chocolate balls in the grated coconut and some in the chocolate tops.

2. Homemade chocolate truffles lighter

You may think that chocolate desserts can’t be made light, but this is not the case.

To make homemade chocolate truffles with the least calories, follow these steps:

Ingredients

  • 200 g of dark chocolate
  • 480 g unsalted and creamy almond butter
  • 60 g unsalted almonds
  • 200 g of oatmeal
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • ½ teaspoon of kosher salt
  • 2 teaspoons coconut oil

Manufacturing

  • Place the baking paper on top of the baking sheet.
  • Mix almond butter, almonds, oatmeal and honey in a food processor.
  • Form a small amount of dough into several balls.
  • Place the chocolate balls on baking paper and allow to cool in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
  • Melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil in a water bath (or microwave a little at a time) until the chocolate has melted all the way through.
  • Frost the truffles with melted chocolate.
  • Finally, put the homemade chocolate truffles in the frost for half an hour to harden. Then remove them from the freezer and store in the refrigerator.

  • 180 g of dark chocolate
  • 30 ml of milk
  • 45 g butter
  • 240 g icing sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 6 figs
  • 300 g of blackberries
  • 30 ml sherry
  • 60 g of cocoa powder
  • Truffle molds

Manufacturing

  • Melt the chocolate in a water bath and add icing sugar, sherry, milk, butter and egg yolks.
  • Mix the ingredients together to form a creamy, uniform mixture.
  • Turn off the heat and set aside for about 10 minutes.
  • Fill the molds with the chocolate mixture and refrigerate for about four hours.
  • Remove from the refrigerator and place the truffles on a plate. Sprinkle with cocoa powder and garnish with figs and blackberries.
