  • Strain the leaves and  let them cool, and then crush them into the milk and egg until you get a thick mixture. 
  • Put a little oil in the frying pan and pour in the egg mixture so that you can make the base of the omelet.
  • Bake on both sides until you get a nice golden brown color for it.
  • For the filling, chop the cucumber, carrot and chicken. Then place them in the middle of the omelet and wrap until you get a small and compact wrap.

  • Put half of the tuna on each spinach leaf.
