Three Day Cleansing Course

We take a shower, wash our clothes and brush our teeth every day, and just like the body needs internal cleansing on a regular basis. An easy way to start cleansing your body is to enjoy a glass of water as soon as you wake up and go to bed in the evening.

The nutrition we eat and the impact of the environment bring a variety of toxins into the body every day. When we add stress, air pollution, and cosmetic chemicals to the equation, it is clear that the body is constantly exposed to the accumulation of toxins and is filled with waste products. The body’s own cleansing systems work night and day, but that’s not always enough. In this article, we will tell you how to do a three-day cleansing regimen.

Why does the body need to be cleansed?

Cleansing regimens are now common and aim to improve the overall alertness and functioning of the body. The goal of the cleansing course is to remove non-body substances, such as heavy metals, toxins and chemicals that accumulate in the body, e.g. through the food we eat. In particular, flour, sugar, fatty foods and products of animal origin such as meat and dairy products cause frost on the body.  Especially when most of us enjoy them weekly if not daily.

In addition to diet , the body accumulates toxins from air pollution, stress, worries and negative emotional states.

The body may suffer from accumulated toxins for years and it will slow down the functioning of the organs slowly but surely. As a result, we suffer from a number of different health problems such as fatigue, abdominal pain, persistent flu and other symptoms. Even when looking in the mirror, you may be confronted with a pale and flabby-looking face that speaks to the fact that everything is not well in your body. Symptoms are signals sent by the body that its function is suffering.

Many find help with this by switching to a completely plant-based diet or a raw food diet, but not all of us are willing or able to change our diet so radically. To take care of your body, you don’t have to give up your favorite foods or occasional delicacies, but you should try to eat healthy and eliminate unhealthy ingredients from your diet. When the body is not under constant bombardment, it begins to work on toxins more efficiently and cleanses more easily.

This is how you cleanse your body

Enjoy organic products

Prefer as natural products and locally produced food as possible in your diet. Selects organic vegetables and other organic products for the shopping cart. Organic usually costs more than ordinary ingredients, but the investment is worth it. Growing organic food does not use harmful chemicals, toxins or hormones that end up in our bodies through eating. If you are a green thumb, you can also grow some of your own food to ensure that you get as fresh and healthy food as possible.

Drink lots of water

Water maintains the body’s fluid balance, hydrates the internal organs and removes various waste products from the urine. You should drink at least two liters of water a day (about 8 glasses), in summer or on a beach holiday you should drink more and if you exercise a lot, you should increase your water intake. We recommend drinking a glass of water on an empty stomach as soon as you wake up and another glass just before going to bed: this will keep your body hydrated during sleep and give it the best possible awakening.

You can also hydrate your body by eating plenty of water-rich fruits and vegetables such as apples, watermelons, tomatoes and cucumbers, or by eating natural, sugar-free juices and stews, especially green tea.

Eat more fiber

The benefits of fiber in cleansing the body are similar to those of water: fiber helps eliminate toxins through feces. Fiber improves digestive function, prevents constipation and helps the body remove ingredients that have accumulated in the gut. Prefer oats, brown rice, whole grains, seeds, nuts, and fruits and vegetables that are high in natural fiber.

Skip coffee and alcohol

Both coffee and alcohol are popular for weekly use, but they strain the liver and kidneys, and can, in the worst case, cause damage to these organs and increase the risk of overweight and diabetes. A glass of wine with dinner is a safe way to enjoy alcohol, but the less you enjoy it, the better. Stick to the recommended dose levels and do not drink large amounts at once. When it comes to coffee, you should prefer organic coffees and limit the amount of coffee to a few cups a day.

Enjoy cleansing foods

The best cleansers for the body are e.g. lemon (mix fresh juice with water and enjoy as is), beetroot (high in fiber), garlic (kills disease-causing pathogens) and dandelion (use dandelion in tea extracts or enjoy raw leaves in a salad).
