Do you want to try? In today’s article, we share three cleansing regimens  that you can try when you want to start losing weight or when you want to improve your health.

What should I know before starting a course?

First, the purpose of cleansing regimens is to cleanse the internal organs (liver, kidneys, and intestines) that remove toxins so that they can function better.

Low-fat cleansing regimens are based on light, easily digestible foods that are ideal for regulating digestion and reducing swelling. Among other benefits, they strengthen the body’s defenses against disease and bring a significant sense of well-being.

Cleaning courses are not intended to last longer than a maximum of seven days and can be done three to four times a year.
